Peach Bellini

Ingredients:

– Sparkling wine – Prosecco

– White Peach nectar

– Peach garnish – canned or fresh (optional)

Preparation:

– Pour ¼ ounce of peach nectar into a stemmed champaign glass.

– Top with chilled prosecco.

– A slice of canned peach or fresh peach can be added at the bottom for garnish.
