Potatoes with Cream

Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes 

4 pats butter or margarine 

2 t flour 

Light cream or milk (warm) 

1 T  Calizo’s Puttanesca Naturale

1 or 2 T grated Parmesan Cheese 

1 t garlic powder or minced garlic 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

Preparation:

Wash potatoes. Boil in skins until tender, peel. Cut in slices 

Place potatoes in a medium-size bowl 

Add butter to the warm potatoes, sprinkle with flour, seasonings (except cheese), mix 

Add a small amount of warm (not boiling) light cream or milk to moisten  mixture 

Right before serving add grated Parmesan cheese 

Serves 4
